Manufacturing and Fabrication

Manufacture

Press Brakes - These machines are used to bend complex angles into sheet material. And can be used for punching and frming applications with suitable tooling. We offer standard and special purpose types.

Box and Pan Folders - These can be produced as hand or power operated machines. 

Circular Shears - These machines are designed to cut mass produce circles, rings and strips in sheet metal, cardboard and plastics.

Aerospace

Swaging / Beading and Jennying / Flanging - These machines have interchangeable wheels to suit your metalforming requirements.

Tube Cut-OffNotching / Punching - The tube cut off can provide dimple-free cutting of ends of tubing. Square, rectangular and round tubing can be cut with no deformation and minimal burr, suitable for production applications. Similarly,  punching and notching reduces machining time. It requires minimum or no lubrication and burrs can be almost eliminated.

Furniture - Offfice, Domestic, Aerospace seating and Automotive seating

Tube Cut-OffNotching / Punching - See above for explaination. Tooling can be provided for hand or power presses. 

Eccentric Press - An eccentric press uses rotational movement and converts it into linear force. Often utilised in a continuous process, the machine can single stroke and reduce manual labour of a fly press.

Pipe Bender - Tube / Pipe Benders are used to bend angles in tubular material. These can be manual, hydraulic or electrical. Dies can be changed to get the angles required. We can supply special purpose machines.

Defense & Aerospace

Tube End Forming - They feature multiple work stations designed to produce complex shapes on the end of tubes, for hoses, etc.

Power Bending Rolls - For bending large angles across sheet metal to produce cylinders, cones and other circular shapes. The machine rotates horizontal rolls to bend the sheet.

Drilling - We are able to offer Bench, Pillar and Radial Drills. This range will cover most drilling applications required.

Oil

Pipe Notching - This process is used on the end of tube to create notches in pipe or tubing, slots and many other types of end notches. This allows for a closer fit on other tube for welding.

Lock Former - These machines are used to create seams in sheet metal material to fix them together.

Automotive

Sawing - Our saws can be used in many sectors of industry, but the most common for us is for cutting tube or bar after it has been notched, bent, etc.
