Beading Machines - Art 278 / 279

These are hand-operated machines, indispensable for all beading operations required by a tinsmith. These machines are very sturdy machines and offer a careful finish, having milled gears and ground shafts. The technical features of the 279 series correspond to the features of the 278 series which is suitable for heavy-duty works. All gears are hardened.

Standard Equipment: 7 roller pairs for beading - 1 roller pair for cutting - 1 guide - 1 service spanner.

Beading Machines - Art 280 / 282

These machines can be used as a circular shears or as beading machines.

These machines allow beading of large edges without excessive effort, because they are provided with simple backgear having gears. The 282 machines are similar to the 280 series but are provided with a device for transforming them in sturdy circular shears. This device can be removed easily.

Beading Machines - Art 181 / 281

Art 181 -

The motor-driven machines belonging to this series are equipped with variable speed unit easily adjustable. They offer interesting performances in traditional metal work as well as in ventilation, air conditioning and thermic insulation fields. The shafts are mounted on self-lubricating bushings. The machines are provided with a pedal operating device having low-voltage tension.

Standard Equipment: 7 roller pairs for beading - 1 roller pair for cutting - 1 sliding guide - 1 service spanner.

Extra Accessories: disk cutting unit - pneumatic cylinder for downmotion of upper shaft - special accessories and rollers.

Art 281 -

This machine is driven by an electric motor and designed to obtain high output although it maintains its semplicity. The stepless variator drive enables the adaptation of the work speed to any requirement. The shafts are made of ground steel and run in self-lubricating bushings. The control is carried out by a double foot-pedal, with emergency switch acting on low-voltage devices.

Extra Accessories: disk cutting device - pneumatic cylinder for upper shaft downwards - special accessories and rollers.

Seam Folding Machines

These machines are suitable for seaming both inside and outside. Easy to handle for perfect operation. The pressure roll is lowered by tuming the lever which is within easy reach of the operator. Coupling of the speed drive unit is effected by a universal joint. The control is carried out by a double foot-pedal, with emergency switch acting on low-voltage devices. Very sturdy machine made of steel construction, suitable both for craftsmen and series production. 

Standard Accessories: 2 Rolls for outside round seam folding of 10 x 0.6 and 12 x 0.8 mm.

Extra Accessories: Rolls for outside flat seam folding - Rolls for inside round and flat seam folding - Rolls with punch - Pneumatic cylinder for roll downmotion, provided with foot-pedal, solenoid valve and limitswitch - Mandrilis of different diameters.
