These machines are designed to cut mass produce circles, rings and strips in sheet metal, cardboard and plastics. Many of these achines can be used as a beading machine as well as a circular shear.

Ring and Circle Shear - Art 277 mot

These machines can be supplied motorised or hand-operated. It is particually suitable to make inside and outside circles, disks and stripes out of sheet, copper, cardboard and plastics. its made of welded sheet steel, shafts rotate on self-lubricating bushes. Cutter adjusting is obtained by means of ring nuts located on the lower shaft. Equipped accessories allow many employment opportunities.

Standard Equipment:  1 couple of circular cutters - 1 register for stripes - 2 floating register for centering - spanners.

Optional: 1 centre drill - rolls for clipping to 8mm - speed variator.

Beading Machines - Art 280 / 282

These machines can be used as a circular shears or as beading machines.

These machines allow beading of large edges without excessive effort, because they are provided with simple backgear having gears. The 282 machines are similar to the 280 series but are provided with a device for transforming them in sturdy circular shears. This device can be removed easily. 

Standard Equipment: 7 roller pairs for beading - 1 roller pair for cutting - 1 guide - 1 service spanner.

Extra Accessories for Art 282: Circular cutting device for disk plates up to 1000 mm dia. (only for the Urania series).

Beading Machines - Art 300

These machines can be used as a circular shears or as beading machines. 

Sturdiness, utility and easy handling: these are the essential features of these beading machines. For building, best material and first class ball bearings have been used. The shafts run on self-lubricating bushings. All transmission elements are arranged inside the frame to prevent any danger to the operator or the introduction of foreign bodies. The variator drive allows step less adaptation of the work speed to any requirement. The machines are provided with a pedal operating device having low-voltage tension.

Standard Equipment: 1 roller pair for cutting - 1 set of plain rollers to be shaped - sliding guide - set of spanners.

Extra Accessories: Disk cutting unit up to max. 1620 mm dia. - pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder for downmotion of upper shaft - special accessories and rollers.

Beading Machines - Art 303

This Beading machine represents a sophisticated evolution of normal beading machines. Due to its requisites it is built in a perfect and advantageous manner also for heavy-duty jobs without requiring specific skill. The machine is built of welded steel-sheets which have been annealed so to offer maximum sturdiness. By means of appropriate optionals and rollers it enables beading, flanging, ribbing and also cutting operations. The shafts are actuated simultaneously and move parallel with a large extension of center distance. The rollers always maintain a perfect parallelism so to enable perfect jobs also in exacting operations. the variable drive speed enables optimum work speed in order to utilize fully features of the machine and be the best in the field of beading machines.

Standard Equipment: 1 sliding guide - set of service spanners. 

Extra Accessories: Cutting rollers - beading rollers - special equipment.
